Usage options:
For hair growth and to stop hair loss:
Wash your hair with shampoo twice, apply the mask to the hair roots (the first time, it is recommended to apply the mask in a thin layer to get a sense of the heat — if the thermal effect is pleasant for you, you can apply a thicker layer to enhance it; if you feel comfortable, leave the amount you’re using). Put on a plastic cap, wrap your head in a towel, and leave it on for 15–30 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with water. For even easier combing, shine, and to restore the ends, use Biofollica balm. After drying your hair with a towel, apply the serum concentrate over the entire surface of the scalp, or in problem areas (for example, spot alopecia), rub it in and leave it on. If you are experiencing hair loss, it is recommended to carry out this procedure 2–3 times a week for the first month, then 1–2 times a week for the second month, and 1 time a week for the third month. NOTE: if you don’t have enough time for the procedure, you can easily replace the mask with a balm, apply it after washing your hair with shampoo for 3 minutes, and then rinse it off. After that, apply the serum concentrate — see above. Comprehensive care will allow you to achieve a healthy scalp and strong, healthy hair!
